Match Report Press Report

Chichester Ladies 1 Beat Lee-on-Solent Ladies 1.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. This turned out to be the case with a Home win.

On paper, the number 1 string should have been the closest, with only 87 ranking points separating the two players before the match. Home advantage prevailed though, with Hannah Wright-Davies winning through.

It was the number 1 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 41 Points ! Victory finally going to the Home Player, Hannah Wright-Davies.

Player of the tie was the Home No. 3 string, Katica Robertson, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 5 string, Heather Massey, who over-turned a 1062 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
