Match Report Press Report
Hamble informed Nuffield they only had 4 players , so I stood down one of our players at 5th string
Nuffield Health Ladies 2 Lost to Hamble Ladies 1 in a close match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 2 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 1 string should have been the closest, with only 0 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Bettina Harvey, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 2 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 54 Points ! Victory finally going to the Home Player, Jo Stanley-Jones.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 4 string, Lizzy Flavell, gaining 40 Ranking Points from the match.
